Current vendor direction
The live seller FAQ currently states: one scoop per day, mixed with a glass of water, with smoothie or tea mentioned as alternatives. We present that as vendor-reported usage information, not individualized medical advice.
Why we do not provide a milligram “dose”
A scoop measurement is not enough to reconstruct the exact dose of every active ingredient, and we do not have a manufacturer-verified Supplement Facts panel. Publishing exact ingredient quantities from an unverified internet image would create false precision.
Follow the label you actually receive
If you order the product, the physical label is the most important usage document. Check serving size, directions, warnings and storage instructions before use. If the jar differs from online marketing or from this independent guide, follow up with the seller.
Do not self-adjust around medication
People sometimes assume taking more of a supplement will produce a stronger effect. That can increase adverse-effect or interaction risk. FDA advises consumers to use supplements carefully and discuss them with healthcare professionals, particularly when medicines are involved.
